The GMC Sierra offers professional functionality, while the Yukon can accommodate up to eight people. Worlds now collide with this insane pickup that offers the best of both models.

As you can see, this 2008 Sierra 3500 is a sight to behold as it rides on a ‘custom medium duty frame’ and features an extended cab with six doors. That’s an appropriate term, considering the rear doors come from an extended cab pickup and open toward the rear. They are joined by four traditional doors from a crew cab configuration.

In addition to the unique cabin, the truck is equipped with Fusion bumpers, rigid LED lighting and a mesh grille. The model also has a modified bed with two exhaust stacks and two removable fuel tanks.

More specifically, the pickup has a Fabtech lift and 22-inch wheels wrapped in 37-inch Toyo Open Country tires. We can also see chrome mirrors and aftermarket taillights.

While the exterior looks a bit cluttered, the same cannot be said about the cabin as it comes with two-tone leather and three rows of bench seats. The model also has an Alpine infotainment system, A-pillar gauges and an assortment of other upgrades.

If the exhaust pipes don’t make it clear, this particular truck is powered by a 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel engine. Although it originally produced 365 hp (272 kW / 370 hp) and 660 lb-ft (894 Nm) of torque, the model is equipped with a Pacific Performance Engineering tuner. Anyway, the engine is mated to an Allison transmission and all-wheel drive.

The truck will go under the hammer at Barrett-Jackson’s auction in Palm Beach next month and is being offered without reserve. There’s no estimate, but the listing says the model is “recently updated” with “top-of-the-line parts.”
