Ticket sales for the 15th edition of the Simola Hillclimb in Knysna are now open. Taking place from 1 to 4 May 2025, the event promises thrilling action on the iconic Simola Hill as drivers battle for supremacy in the King of the Hill competition.

General admission

For those wishing to attend the event, general admission tickets are available for R170 per day if purchased online, with a three-day pass priced at R420. This pass covers the entire experience, including Classic Car Friday on May 2 and the two days following King of the Hill Competition on May 3 and 4. For those who purchase tickets during the event yourselfprices increase to R190 for daily entry and R500 for the three-day pass. Children under 12 years old have free admission when accompanied by an adult.

Pit access and bleachers

For a closer look at the action, Pit Access tickets are available for R270 per day or R750 for the full three-day experience if you buy them online. At the gate these tickets cost R300 and R850 respectively. The Pit Access option allows fans to get upwards close to the cars and drivers, but tickets are strictly limited and usually sell out well in advance, so early booking is advisable.

The P1 VIP Parking ticket, priced at R150 per day, is a good option for those with Pit Access as it convenient near the well complex. This can only be purchased online and will not be available at the event.

The grandstand seating offers two prime viewing locations: the Turn 2 Stand and the Esses Stand. Located on different parts of the hillboth offer spectacular views of the action, from the fast uphill section to the twisting turns leading to the finish. Tickets to the stands cost R270 per day or R750 for the full three-day pass online. Expect to pay R300 per day or R850 for all three days at the gate.

Le Mans VIP hospitality

For those seeking a luxurious experience, the Le Mans VIP Hospitality package offers a luxurious way to enjoy the event. Located in an elevated lounge with unbeatable views of the pit lane and starting line, this package offers a range of exclusive benefits including priority parking, pit access and all-day food and drink, including lunch, afternoon tea and unlimited drinks (with a cash bar for alcohol).

Prices for the VIP hospitality range from R3 375 for Classic Car Friday to R10 750 for the full three-day experience. Tickets for children under 12 years cost R1 050 per day. These tickets are only available on the Simola Hillclimb website and are strictly limited to 250 guests per day.
