The Fisker Alaska electric pick-up is renamed Kayak for Europe

It is sold with a choice of 20-inch and 22-inch wheels and has a loading floor of 1.37 meters in the smallest size. Drivers can choose to extend the loading floor to 2.28 meters and again to 2.80 meters. There will also be a so-called Houdini distributor to connect the loading floor and the rear cabin.

Inside, the Kayak has wood trim on the dashboard, which has been treated to feel like fabric. The rear seat features a cowboy hat holder and the car has a California window-dropping mode, like on the Ocean.

Fisker also claimed the Kayak has the largest cup holder in the world, plus storage for work gloves, flashlights and pens, with a tablet holder and a large center armrest.

The Kayak will enter a segment with few rivals in 2025. Key competitors include the Ford F-150 Lightning, Rivian R1T and Tesla Cybertruck.

Like the Ocean, the Kayak should significantly undercut some of its rivals.

During the Product Vision Day, Henrik Fisker said: “We wanted to have a pickup that has both the efficiency and practicality of a pickup truck, but also a great car for the driver: great handling, great handling and driving pleasure. driving force.

“It will be very dynamic and very responsive, with the convenience of a pick-up. We thought: let’s do something very unique.”
