Notably, the Chinese Lunar New Year, which is typically associated with lower sales due to factory and store closures, fell in January 2023 and February 2024. This calendar difference contributes to the comparative analysis of monthly delivery figures year over year.

As of January 31 and 2, 31to has expanded its retail presence to 474 centers in 142 cities nationwide. The company’s after-sales service network includes 360 maintenance and authorized body and painting centers in 209 cities, indicating a strategic expansion to ensure customer satisfaction and service accessibility.
