2025 Zeekr


On July 1, Zeekr launched its Zeekr X 2025 in China, with a 5-seater sports version (AWD) and two 4-seater versions (RWD and AWD) priced at 200,000 – 220,000 yuan (USD 27,500 – USD 30,200).

The 2025 Zeekr X (see specs here) is positioned as a compact SUV and measures 4450/1836/1572 mm in length, with a wheelbase of 2750 mm.

As a facelift model, the Zeekr X 2025 follows the design style of the previous model. Seven exterior colors are offered, namely orange (newly added), beige, green, gray, purple, silver and white. The car has 19-inch wheels as standard and offers optional electric doors (without door handles).

In terms of intelligent driving capabilities, the 2025 Zeekr X comes with the Zeekr AD advanced driving system, realized via five cameras, five millimeter-wave radars and 12 ultrasonic radars. The capabilities include adaptive cruise control, lane change assist, automatic parking assist, smart distance parking assist, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, blind spot warning, door open warning, traffic sign recognition (including speeding alert) and front and rear cross traffic alert.

The cockpit is minimalist, equipped with a flat double-spoke multifunction steering wheel, an 8.8-inch rectangular instrument panel, a 14.6-inch sliding central control screen that can move 353 mm from the center position to the co-pilot position, and a 24.3-inch HUD. In addition, the five-seater version has a “magic center console”, which is a 7-liter storage space and supports 50W wireless fast charging of mobile phones. It is worth mentioning that on the day of the launch press conference, OS 5.2 OTA updates were released, including an interactive HMI 3.0 system with green wave control, traffic light countdown, HUD map and 3D immersive navigation map. In addition, the sentry mode can be automatically activated in unknown locations.

The 4D cloud zero-gravity seats support three-speed ventilation/heating, 22-way electric adjustment and a standard recline angle of 28°.

There is also a 5.7-liter refrigerator on board, which supports triple temperature control modes: freezing, cooling and heating, with a temperature range of -15° to 50°. Other configurations include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip for the computing platform, 13 Yamaha speakers and facial ID recognition.

The 2025 Zeekr X will continue to come standard with 66 kWh ternary lithium battery packs and will continue to be offered with single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive. The five-seat version will be powered by dual electric motors with a combined system maximum output of 315 kW (422 hp) and maximum torque of 543 Nm. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 3.7 seconds, and the CLTC has a range of 512 km. The four-seat version will be available in a single-motor version and an optional dual-motor version:

  • Single motor: 200 kW (268 hp)/343 Nm, range of 560 km (CLTC), acceleration time from 0 – 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds
  • Dual motor: 315 kW/543 Nm, 500 km range (CLTC), acceleration time from 0 – 100 km/h of 3.8 seconds
